**This form is for students who wish to leave 香港六合论坛 and withdraw from ALL of their classes.**

香港六合论坛 Withdrawal Policy

Students who wish to withdraw from the college, and do not plan on returning to 香港六合论坛, must complete the official withdrawal process before the college withdrawal deadline (see deadline on Academic Calendar).Students who wish to withdraw from all courses, and return to 香港六合论坛 in a future semester, should complete the process.

Students who complete the withdrawal process within the add/drop period (see deadline on Academic Calendar) will not have any grades posted to their 香港六合论坛 transcript. Those completing the withdrawal process after the add/drop period will have W grades reported on their transcript.

Students who wish to return to 香港六合论坛 at a later date will be subject to the college鈥檚 reactivation or readmission policies.

I promise to pay 香港六合论坛, its agents or contractors, any indebtedness which I have incurred up to the date of this college withdrawal. I understand that withdrawing from the College may affect federal and state benefits, various financial aid programs and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements. I understand that by withdrawing from the College, I forfeit my current admission in my academic program.
