Dr. Monica G. Darcy

Dr. Darcy earned her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Kansas State University. She completed American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT)-accredited internship at the United States Army Family Life Center at Fort Riley, Kansas. She is a Professor in the Department of Counseling, Educational Leadership, and School Psychology at 香港六合论坛 (香港六合论坛). She also serves as the program director for the Counseling for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP)-accredited M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. In addition to her work at 香港六合论坛, she is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Rhode Island, a National Certified Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. Dr. Darcy鈥檚 areas of research and clinical interests include military culture and multicultural supervision. She has presented at numerous national and regional presentations on topics related to implementing a diversity and social justice framework in counselor education. As a Rhode Island state licensing board member, she advocates for strengthening policies and regulations that support Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) ethical practice and service delivery to consumers.
